While our students and teachers are in different places, we are connecting with each student for each subject area via Google Meet. We are using Google Classrooms and ClassDojo to assign and assess lessons to measure mastery and inform instruction. A typical schedule is below

Monday – Thursday students have face-to-face, teacher-led instruction.

English/Language Arts – Students engage in reading comprehension strategies, developing vocabulary, and practicing language skills.

Math – Students interact with the teacher in standards-based math activities.

Science – Students continue to explore the wonders of the world God has given us.

Social Studies – Students are engaged in learning how to be good, Christian citizens and understand the impact of events in our world.

Music – Our primary and intermediate students are learning to play the xylophone and our upper class is learning to play the recorder.

Faith – Our School Chaplain engages the students in Bible stories and the application of the Bible stories to the students’ social and emotional growth.

Fridays – Students attend chapel led by our School Chaplain.
